Next Gen Facades was appointed in July 2025 to carry out the fire remediation works across a large mixed-use block of apartments with commercial units on the ground floor in Barking.
The scope of works included remediation works of existing rainscreen cladding, EPS render and timber cladding as well as works to spandrel panels and glazing. Next Gen Scaffolding and Access provided a range of access solutions on the project including scaffolding and scissor lifts to enable works to be carried out effectively.
