Next Gen Facades was appointed in July 2025 to carry out the fire remediation works across 3 blocks in Balham. The scope of works included removal of existing ACM cladding and insulation and the supply and installation of new insulation, fire barriers and Rockpanel cladding. Works were also extended to incorporate local remediation works to the fire barriers within the brickwork.
