Next Gen Facades was appointed in January 2025 to deliver the full design, supply, and installation of a comprehensive facade and roofing package, valued at £3.8 million, alongside a £200k scaffolding package. With all design and procurement handled in-house, we’re offering complete control and seamless coordination across the project.
Our scope includes SFS, glazing, Valcan cladding, Dekton feature cladding, a green roof, and single ply roofing, ensuring a high-performance, visually striking envelope. Works are due to commence on site in May 2025, with a 40-week programme for delivery.
