Next Gen Facades was appointed in July 2025 to carry out the fire remedial works and some structural works to a block of apartments in Witney. Working as Principal Contractor, the site presented significant spatial constraints meaning that Next Gen Facades and Next Gen Scaffolding & Access had to work closely together as well as with residents of the building and management company.
The work involved the removal of timber cladding and subframe and installation of new Rockpanel Cladding. NGF also supplied and installed a new brise soleil system and carried out remedial works to the timber frame and rendered wall.
